# $MSHARE

The **$MSHARE** tokens are one of the ways to measure the value of the **MetisTomb** protocol and the shareholder trust in its ability to maintain **$MTOMB**'s peg. During epoch expansions, the protocol mints **$MTOMB** and distributes it proportionally to all **$MSHARE** holders who have staked their tokens in the Boardroom. The maximum supply of **$MSHARE** is 60,000 tokens, distributed as follows:

* Farming pool allocation: **50,000 $MSHARE**
* Dev Fund: **5,000 $MSHARE VESTED**
* DAO/community fund: **5,000 $MSHARE**

**$MSHARE** liquidity will be provided by the **high APR** farms that will be running as the protocol launches. **$MSHARE** will eventually be used for governance of the Skeletomb ecosystem, including voting on investments and NFT acquirements.
